摘  要:目的明确深圳市某生物识别有限公司新建项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护要求,保护劳动者健康。方法采取职业卫生学调查、检查表法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目生产过程产生的主要职业病危害因素有三氯乙烯、甲醇、稳态噪声等。经检测43个检测项目低于检出限的27个,有检出值未超标的13个,三氯乙烯有检出;3个点的甲醇时间加权平均浓度(C TWA)超过了国家限值标准,超标的3个点是千级无尘1车间光机组装调试位、千级无尘1车间光机组装打胶位和万级无尘车间光机组装A线。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强职业卫生管理与职业病危害防护措施,提高劳动者自我防护意识。[ Objective] To identify the occupational hazard factors in new project of a biometrics limited company in Shenzhen City, analyze the damage degree and the impact on workers'health, put forward the critical control points and protection requirements, and protect workers' health. [Methods] The occupational hygiene survey, checklists method, and the detection of occupational hazards in the workplace were applied to evaluate the project. [Results] The major occupational hazards in the production process of this construction project were trichlorethylene, methanol and steady noise. Among 43 test items, the levels of 27 items were lower than the detection limit, and 13 items had detection values, which did not exceed the standards. The trichlorethylene has been detected. The methanol CTW A in three sites exceeded the national standards, which included the optical machine assembly and debugging post in one-thousand grade cleaning workshop 1, optical machine assembly and gluing post in one-thousand grade cleaning workshop I, and optical machine assembly line A in ten-thousand grade cleaning workshop. [Conclusion] This construction project has serious occupational hazards. It is necessary to strengthen occupational health management and occupational hazard protection measures, and improve the self-protection consciousness of workers.
