唐山市路北区社区儿童家长对预防接种知识的认知情况

摘　　要：目的通过了解社区儿童家长对预防接种知识的认知情况,为制定有效的健康教育措施提供依据。方法随机抽取唐山市路北区6个社区内的420名儿童家长进行问卷调查,并对调查结果行统计学分析。结果家长对疫苗接种前后的注意事项、疫苗可能引起不良反应的知晓率低;儿童的父亲与母亲、不同年龄的家长对预防接种知识知晓率间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同文化程度的儿童家长、常住儿童与流动儿童家长、不同经济状况的家长对预防接种知识知晓率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应将疫苗接种后可能出现的不良反应、接种前后的注意事项作为健康教育的重点内容;应把低文化程度的家长、经济状况较差的家长、流动儿童家长作为预防接种健康教育的重点人群。[ Objective] To understand the awareness status of vaccination knowledge in children ＇8 parents of communities, provide the basis for developing the effective measures of health education. [Methods] The questionnaire survey was conducted among 420 children s parents who were randomly collected from 6 communities in Lubei District of Tangshan City. The survey results were analyzed statistically. [Results] The awareness rates of notices before and after vaccination, and possible adverse reactions caused by vaccines among childrens parents were low. There were no significant differences in awareness rates of vaccination knowledge among different gender and age groups （P 〉 0.05）. The differences in awareness rates of vaccination knowledge among parents with different educational level, resident children s parents and floating children s parents, as well as parents with different economic conditions （P 〈 0. 05 ） . [ Conclusion] The health education should focus on the notices before and after vaccination, and possible adverse reactions caused by vaccines. The parents with lower educational level and bad economic conditions, and floating childrens parents are the key population of health education.
