摘　　要：目的阐述2008—2011年福建省职业卫生工作考核给全省县区级疾病预防控制机构职业健康检查资质认证工作带来的成效。方法对2008—2011年开展职业卫生工作年终考核期间,该省取得职业健康检查资质的县区级疾控机构家数变化情况进行统计、调查与分析。结果 2008年12月,该省84家县区级疾病预防控制机构中,有38家取得职业健康检查资质,认证率为45.2%;2009年43家,认证率为51.2%;2010年53家,认证率为63.1%;2011年67家,认证率为79.7%;结论职业卫生工作考核对该省县区级疾控机构职业健康检查资质认证工作有一定促进作用。[ Objective] To discuss the effect of assessment of occupational heath work on the aptitude authentication of occupational health examination of disease control and prevention institutions in Fujian Province from 2008-2011. [Methods] During the yearend assessment of occupational health work between 2008 and 2011 , the change in the number of disease control and prevention institutions which got the aptitude of occupational health examination was investigated and analyzed statistically. [Results] In December 2008, of 84 disease control and prevention institutions ,38 got the aptitude of occupational health examination, and the authenticated rate was 45. 2%. In 2009, the authenticated rate was 51.2% （43/84）. In 2010, the authenticated rate was 63. 1 % （53/84）. In 2011, the authenticated rate was 79. 7 % （ 67/84 ）. [Conclusion] The year-end assessment of occupational health work plays a positive role in promoting the work of aptitude authentication of occupational health examination of disease control and prevention institutions.
