老年体检人群焦虑、抑郁情绪与生理相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨体检人群中老年人的焦虑、抑郁情绪与部分生理指标的相关性。方法选取4440例体检人群作为研究对象,其中60岁以上的老年人226例。使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估心理状况,选取BMI、SBP、DBP、TG、LDL-c、FT_3、FT_4、TSH为研究的生理指标。分析老年人心理指标与生理指标的相关性,筛选影响老年人焦虑抑郁的生理相关因素。结果体检人群中老年人的比例占5.8%,焦虑、抑郁评分与BMI、SBP、DBP、FT_3、FT_4间呈负相关(均P<0.05)。logistic回归分析提示LDL-c、FT_3、FT_4为抑郁的危险因素,FT_3、FT_4同样为焦虑的危险因素。结论老年体检人群中,焦虑、抑郁情绪较为明显,且低水平的FT_3、FT_4是焦虑、抑郁情绪的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between conditions of mental health and some physiological factors in elder health examination population. Methods 4 440 subjects participated in health examination who had undergone physical and psychological examination were selected, including 226 elder people above 60 years old. Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS）, and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） were used to evaluate the status of mental health.The physiological indexes were body mass index （BMI）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-c）, free triiodothyronine （FT3）, free thyroxine （FT4）, and thyroid-stimulating hormone （TSH）. The correlation between psychological indicators and physiological indicators was analyzed, and the relavent factors af- fecting depression and anxiety in elder people were screened. Results Elder people accounted for 5.8% in the health examina- tion population.The score of SAS, SDS was negatively correlated to BMI,SBP, DBP, FT3, FT4（P〈0.05）. Logistic regression showed that LDL-c,FT3,FT4 was risk factors for depression, while FT3,FT4 was risk factors for anxiety. Conclusion In the elder health ex- amination population, the symptom of depression and anxiety is obvious, and low level of FT3, FT4 are the risk factors for depres- sion and anxiety.
