apoE基因多态性与老年人血压关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察人载脂蛋白E(apoE)的遗传多态性以及与老年人收缩压的关系。 方法 :应用等电聚焦电泳—免疫印迹法测定apoE表型。 结果 :高血压组与对照组apoE表型与apoE等位基因频率分布无显著差异 ,均以E3/ 3表型常见和ε3等位基因频率最高。高血压组中 ,不同apoE表型之间 ,收缩压差异有显著性 ,ε4等位基因携带者收缩压较携带其他等位基因者高。结论 :apoE基因多态性与老年人收缩压明显相关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E(apoE) gene and blood pressure in aged.Methods:The apoE genotype was determined by isoelectric focusing (IEF) and immunoblotting.Results:The apoE genotypes and the frequencies were no difference between hypertension patients and controls,the genotype E3/3 and the prevalence of ε3 allele were significantly higher than those carrying other alleles.In hypertension group,individuals with the ε4 allele had a significantly higher systolic blood pressure than those carrying other alleles.Conclusion:The polymorphism of apo E gene and systolic blood pressure in aged were significantly correlated.
