摘　　要：介绍中医病案的现状,对中医病案的使用需求进行统计分析,结合DC元数据和CNMARC的结构特性,参考《中国中医药学主题词表》逻辑结构及用词规范,设计9大字段和若干子字段全方位揭示中医病案的内容,完成中医病案数据库结构设计。The paper introduces the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） records, analyzes the utilization de- mands for TCM records. Combining with the structure characteristics of DC metadata and CNMARC, learning from the logic structure and language specification of The Logic Table of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Subject Structure, it then designs a structure of the TCM medical record database with 9 primary fields and several subfields, which reveals the content of TCM records comprehensively.
