摘  要:目的:研究橙皮苷对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的感染性脑损伤小鼠开场行为的干预作用。方法:将45只3周龄ICR小鼠随机平均分为三组,即生理盐水组(Saline)、脂多糖组(LPS)、脂多糖+橙皮苷组(Hesp),每组15只,以ZH-ZFT型联合开场实验视频分析系统考察各组小鼠活动路程和穿格线次数的情况。结果:相对于Saline组,LPS组小鼠的活动路程明显缩短,穿格线次数显著减少(P<0.05);相对于LPS组,Hesp组小鼠的活动路程明显延长,穿格线次数显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:橙皮苷能够显著增强LPS诱导的感染性脑损伤小鼠在开场环境中的活动能力。Objective: To determine the interference of Hesperidin on the behavior of mice in open field after infective brain injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods: 45 healthy ICR male mice of 3-week-old were randomly divided into 3 groups: Saline group, LPS group and Hesp group. There were 15 mice in each group. Every mouse was observed in open field to get data of moving distance and the number of crossing line. Results: Compared with mice of Saline group, mice of LPS group had significantly both shorter moving distance and less number of crossing line (P〈0.05); compared with LIPS group, mice of Hesp group moved significantly longer distance and crossed lines frequently (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Hesperidin could significantly improve physical performance of mice with infective brain iniurv induced by LPS in ooen field test.
