摘　　要：针对《集成电路设计》这门课程实践性强的特点,以集成电路设计流程为主导线,结合主流EDA设计工具,构建了高效的理论教学体系与项目化的实践教学流程,将理论与实际紧密结合,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高学生的动手能力。通过近三届学生的教学实践,取得了良好的效果。Integrated circuit is a course with strong practicalness .The Integrated Circuit Design flow has been taken as main conduction to build a high effective teaching system and practical project teaching flow, combining with the popular EDA design tools. By tightly compacting theory and practic, students＇ subjective initiative and operational ability have been inspired under this system . The good results has been obtained through third term students.
