摘　　要：2013年2月28日．由厦门大学南海研究院、上海交通大学海洋法律与政策研究中心主办．中国南海研究院协办的“群岛水域国家实践”国际研讨会成功召开。来自英国、土耳其、德国以及中国多所院校与研究机构的十余位专家、学者，围绕非群岛国家洋中群岛的实践问题，就《联合国海洋法公约》对群岛制度的规定、各国实践及未来发展趋势，以及对南海问题的影响进行了深入的讨论。本文为本次国际研讨会的会议综述。An international workshop on ＂State Practice of Archipelagic Waters＂ sponsored by the Xiamen University South China Sea Institute （XMU-SCSI） and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Center for Oceans Law and Policy （SJTU-COLP） and co-organized by the National Institute for South China Sea Studies （NISCSS） was successfully held on February 28, 2013. Over ten experts and scholars from universi- ties and research institutes of the United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany and China en- gaged in in-depth discussions on state practice of archipelagic waters from perspec- tives such as the archipelagic regime, state practice of various countries and future developmental trend, as well as the impact of such practices on the South China Sea issue. This article is a summary report of the international workshop.
