摘  要:目的建立生活饮用水硫化物测定中余氯干扰的消除方法。方法选用盐酸羟胺消除水中余氯干扰,改进方法在准确度、检出限、精密度及稳定性等方面均适用于生活饮用水中硫化物的准确测定。结果盐酸羟胺可以消除水中余氯干扰,测定波长665 nm,显色时间10 min,稳定时间90 min,回归方程A=0.0736c+0.0233,r=0.9999,最低检测质量0.04μg,低、中、高三种浓度加标回收率分别为100%、101%和98%,相应的RSD值为6.7%、6.3%和4.1%,精密度分别为2.9%、3.5%和3.3%。结论该方法在生活饮用水硫化物测定中,盐酸羟铵能有效地去除余氯的干扰,方法回收率高,准确可靠。Objective To eliminate the interference of residual chlorine in the determination of sulfide in drinking water. Methods Hydmxylamine hydrochloride was selected to eliminate residual chlorine interference. The improved method was suit- able for accurate determination of sulfide in drinking water in accuracy, detection limit, precision and stability. Results Hy- droxylamine hydrochloride can eliminate the residual chlorine interference at detection wavelength of 665nm, color- developed time of 10 min, stable time of 90 min. The regression equation was A = 0. 0736c + 0. 0233, r = 0. 9999. The lowest detection limit was O. 04 μg. The recovery rates were 100% , 101% and 98% , respectively, the corresponding RSDs were 6.7% , 6.3% and 4.1% , and the precision were 2.9% , 3.5% and 3.3%, respectively at low, medium and high concentrations. Conclu- sion This method can effectively remove the interference of residual chlorine without influencing the determination of sulfide with high recovery and accuracy.
