人发中元素钾、锌、钙、镁与代谢综合征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究人发中钾、锌、钙、镁元素与代谢综合征的相关性,探讨元素在疾病发展过程中的作用。方法根据美国国际胆固醇教育计划成人治疗专家组第三次指南筛选目标人群,再利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)检测人发中钾(K)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)四种元素的含量。结果代谢综合征与健康人群相比,表现为高体质指数、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、低高密度脂蛋白(P<0.01),患者毛发中钙、镁离子含量显著低于健康组(P<0.05),钙离子与收缩压呈正相关(P<0.01),钾、镁离子分别与收缩压、体质指数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论人发中某些元素含量与代谢综合征的发生存在一定的相关性,其中钙、镁元素含量的降低可能是导致代谢综合征发生的危险因素。Objective To study the possible relationship between hair minerals and metabolic syndrome（ MS）, and to discuss the role of minerals in the development of metabolic syndrome. Methods Metabolic syndrome was defined according to the Na- tional Cholesterol Education Program -Adult Treatment Panel Ill. Then the concentrations＇ of potassium（ K）, zinc（ Zn）, calci- um（ Ca）, magnesium（Mg） in human hair tissue were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）. Results Compared to healthy population, MS group showed blood pressure, BIM, glucose, triglyeefides at high level, but high density lipoprotein at low level（P 〈 0. O1 ）. Calcium ion and magnesium ion performed lower levels in MS group than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）. In addition, calcium level in hair was positively associated with systolic blood pressure（ SBP）, whereas Mg level in hair was negatively associated with body mass index（ BMI）, and K level in hair was negatively correlated with SBP（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The contents of some mineral elements in hair have certain correlation with metabolic syndrome, and the decrease of Ca and Mg levels may lead to the incidence of MS.
