摘  要:目的了解萧山区宋内志贺菌毒力基因分布和PFGE分子分型情况。方法采用PCR方法检测宋内志贺菌毒力基因并用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulse—fieldgelelectrophoresis,PFGE)进行分子分型和聚类分析。结果130株宋内志贺菌中毒力基因setlA、setlB、sen、ipaH和捌的携带率分别为0%、0%、76.2%、100%和75.4%。用PFGE分型方法将130株菌株分成80个型别,相似性72.4%~97.9%,菌株数较多的有A、B、c3个克隆群。结论本区宋内志贺菌毒力基因携带率高,具有较强致病性。PFGE分型结果说明2007年-2010年之间萧山的宋内志贺菌来源具有多样性,A、B、C 3个克隆群的菌株占据流行主导地位,应引起重视。Objective To know the virulence genes distribution and PFGE molecular typing of S. sonnei strains in Xiaoshan. Methods Virulence genes detection of 130 S. sonnei isolates were performed using PCR; and all strains were carried out mo- lecular typing and cluster analysis by PFGE. Results The carrying rates of virulence genes, setlA, setlB, sen, ipaH and ial a- mong 130 S. sonnei strains were 0%, 0%, 76.2%, 100% and 75.4% respectively. A total of 80 PFGE patterns were identi- fied among 130 isolates with a similarity coefficient from 72.4% to 97.9%. Most strains belonged to A, B and C groups. Con- clusion Virulence genes associated with strong pathogenicity account for a high proportion of S. sonnei isolates. S. sonnei has complicated source in Xiaoshan, and most belong to A, B and C group, needing more attention.
