摘  要:目的调查福建省非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌(aEPEC)脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型情况,分析菌株间的遗传关联度和基因组的多态性。方法运用脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型技术,对2010年-2012年鉴定为aEPEC的29株细菌进行基因分型。结果 29株aEPEC按照100%的相似度分为15个PFGE基因型别,其中P1型有11株、P2型2株、P5型2株、P11型3株、其余型别各只有1株。结合流行病学背景,P1、P5和P11基因型的病例在发病的时间和地区上有聚集性。结论福建省aEPEC存在基因组的多态性;运用PFGE分子分型技术进行回顾性分子流行病学研究,在福建省内首次报道了由aEPEC新发病原菌引起的聚集性病例;同时说明PFGE技术能够在疫情暴发或者流行时对共同暴露者进行确认。Objective To study the molecular types of atypical enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (aEPEC) in Fujian province and analyze the genetic association and genomie polymorphism among the strains. Methods Pulsed - field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) molecular typing was applied to 29 aEPEC isolates from 2010 to 2012 in Fujian province. Results According to the similarity as 100% , the 29 aEPEC were divided into 15 PFGE types, 11 strains belonged to P1 type, 2 strains belonged to P2 type, 2 strains belonged to P5 type, 3 strains belonged to P11 type, and each 1 strain for the other types. The cases sources of the types P1, P5 and P11 were clustered in time and territoriality. Conclusion Genomic polymorphism was found in aEPEC from Fujian. And the new emerging bacterium aEPEC involved in the cluster cases was first reported in Fujian province by retro- spective molecular epidemiology using PFGE. Meanwhile, PFGE is able to confirm the co - exposed cases, indicating the tech- nique has great practical value in the prevention and control of bacterial infectious diseases.
