北京某高校正常高值血压和高血压的现状及危险因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解某高校教职工正常高值血压和高血压的患病现状和危险因素。方法选取某高校4081名教职工为研究对象,统计正常高值血压和高血压的患病率并分析其危险因素,评估不同血压水平部分心血管危险因素的情况。结果 21岁以上教职工正常高值血压和高血压的粗患病率分别为32.6%和41.8%,标化率分别为30.38%和38.39%;正常高值血压的男性患病率随年龄增长而降低,女性在45岁之前随年龄增长而增加,以后逐渐降低;高血压的男、女患病率随年龄增长均呈现增高趋势。多因素Logistic回归分析显示年龄、男性、超重肥胖、腹型肥胖、高TC是正常高值血压和高血压的共同危险因素。结论教职工正常高值血压和高血压的患病率处于较高水平,加强对正常高值血压的关注是早期防治高血压的关键。Objective To investigate the present status and risk factors of high - normal blood pressure and hypertension among the staff in a university. Methods A total of 4081 faculty members were selected as the research objects to study the preva- lence and risk factors of high - normal blood pressure and hypertension, and some cardiovascular risk factors were evaluated at different blood pressure levels. Results The crude prevalence rates of high - normal blood pressure and hypertension were 32.6% and 41.8% respectively in the teachers over 21 years old, while the standardized rates were 30.38% and 38.39%. The prevalence rate of high - normal blood pressure decreased with age in male, but progressively increased with age before 45 years old, then gradually decreased in female. The prevalence rate of hypertension showed a increase trend with age in both fe- male and male. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, male, overweight obesity, abdominal obesity and high TC were common risk factors of high - normal blood pressure and hypertension. Conclusion The prevalence of high - normal blood pressure and hypertension is at a high level in the university. Paying more attention to high - normal blood pressure is key for better control of hypertension.
