摘 要:目的了解福建省结核分枝杆菌耐多药情况,为耐多药结核病防治提供科学依据。方法依据WHO/IUATLD结核病耐药监测指南,采用比例法对30个耐药调查点成功分离的1389株结核分枝杆菌临床株,进行药物敏感性试验。结果耐多药结核分枝杆菌有79株,总耐多药(MDR)率为5.69%,其中初始耐多药率为3.16%,获得性耐多药率为15.71%。耐多药患者对二线抗结核药物氧氟沙星、卡那霉素的耐药率分别为24.05%、10.13%,发现1例广泛耐药结核病(XDR-TB)。结论福建省耐多药结核病现状不容乐观,进一步提高现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)执行质量,加强实验室对MDR、XDR的检测能力是当务之急。Objective To understand the multi -7 drug resistant status of mycobacterium tuberculosis ( MDR - TB ) in Fujian province, so as to provide scientific evidence for MDR - TB control. Methods According to WHO/IUATLD guideline for drug resistant surveillance of TB, 1389 clinical MTB strains from 30 drug resistance monitoring sites were conducted drug susceptibil- ity testing. Results Seventy - nine strains of MDR - TB were detected, the total MDR rate was 5.69%, the initial MDR rate was 3.16%, and the acquired MDR rate was 15.71%. The drug resistance rates of multi - drug resistant TB patients to ofloxa- cin and kanamycin were 24.05% and 10.13% respectively. Only 1 case was XDR - TB. Conclusion The present status of MDR - TB was not optimistic in Fujian province, it is necessary to improve the implementing quality of DOTS and enhance the laboratory detecting capacity of MDR - TB and XDR - TB.
