摘　　要：目的调查分析淮南市3家火力发电企业接触职业病危害职工的职业卫生知识、态度、行为,为降低和避免职业病的发生、发展,开展干预活动,促进职工健康,提供基础数据和防治意见。方法采用调查问卷的方式,被调查者独立、完整的填写问卷,用EpiData 3.1建立数据库,应用SPSS 10.0软件对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果有效问卷938份,对职业卫生知识应答正确率64.7%,对职业卫生态度应答正确率57.2%,对职业卫生相关行为应答正确率60.9%。结论《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》修正后实施1年以来,该市3家火力发电企业职工的职业卫生知识、态度和行为状况不容乐观,有待加强职业健康教育,以促进其健康行为的养成。[ Objective ] To investigate and analyze the knowledge, attitude and practice （ KAP ） of occupational health among work- ers exposed to occupational hazards in three thermal power enterprises of Huainan City, provide basic data and prevention sugges-tions for reducing and avoiding the occurrence and development of occupational diseases, carrying out intervention activities, and improving workers＇health. [ Methods ] The questionnaire survey was adopted, and respondents filled in the questionnaires independ- ently and fully. The data base was established by EpiData 3.1, and the data from questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. [ Results] There were 938 effective questionnaires. The correct answer rate of occupational health knowledge was 64. 7%, the correet answer rate of attitude toward occupational health was 57.2%, and the correct answer rate of behaviors related to occupational health was 60.9%. [ Conclusion] Since the Law of the People＇ Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases （2011 Amendment） has been implemented for one year, the status of knowledge, attitude and practice of oc-cupational health among employees in three thermal power enterprises of Huainan City is not optimistic. It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health education, to promote the formation of health behaviors.
