绵阳市对预防接种人员的培训效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市基层预防接种专业技术培训效果,为今后培训工作的开展提供参考依据。方法采用培训前后问卷调查方法对培训效果进行对比评估。结果培训后学员的平均成绩由培训前的(52.66±14.04)分提高到(92.87±4.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同性别、年龄、文化程度组培训后专业知识得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义。结论培训后,该市预防接种人员的预防接种知识水平有显著的提高。[ Objective] To understand the training effect of the primary vaccination in Mianyang City,and provide relevant reference for subsequent training. [ Methods ] The training effect was assessed by the questionnaire survey before and after training. [ Results ] The average score of the trainees was increased from （ 52.66 ± 14.04） to 192.87± 4.84 ） after the training, with significant differ-ence （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of different gender, age, education level in training group was higher after training, with significant difference. [ Conclusion ] Mter training, the vaccination knowledge levels of the trainees are significantly improved.
