摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在320排CT下原发性肝癌(PLC)介入治疗术中的应用效果。方法 2010年8月—2012年10月行320排CT下原发性肝癌介入治疗术的65例肝癌患者,随机分为34例为观察组,31例为对照组。对照组采用介入治疗常规护理;观察组在此基础上进行护理干预,包括心理干预、介入治疗信息干预、社会支持系统干预等。比较两组患者术中心率、血压变化值及护理后生活质量。结果两组患者术中心率、血压值变化,护理后生活质量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论有效的护理干预可以减轻患者心理负担,减轻生理及心理应激反应,增加患者的信心,有利于术后康复,提高患者生活质量。[ Objective] To explore the application effect of nursing intervention on patients with primary liver cancer { PLC } who re-ceived interventional treatment under 320 rows CT. [ Methods] A total of 65 PLC patients who received interventional treatment un-der 320 rows CT during August 2010-October 2012 were randomly divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （31 cases ）. The control group adopted the interventional treatment routine nursing care, the observation group with added psychological intervention, information intervention of interventional therapy, the intervention of social support system, etc. The heart rate during operation, blood pressure changes and quality of life after nursing care were compared between 2 groups. [ Results] The heart rate during operation, blood pressure changes, and quality of life after nursing care were significantly different between 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The effective nursing intervention can alleviate patients psychological burden, reduce the physical and psychological stress reaction, increase the patients＇confidence, improve the postoperative rehabilitation and patients＇ quality of life.
