摘  要:目的:观察开心散改善Aβ1-42对小鼠记忆以及海马LTP的抑制作用。方法:ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组,Aβ组及Aβ加开心散组,实验组小鼠侧脑室注入Aβ1-42,对照组注射等体积生理盐水。Aβ加开心散组小鼠灌胃开心散,另外两组灌胃生理盐水进行对照。来用跳台法检测其学习记忆功能、动物活体记录其海马突触fEPSP分析其LTP。结果:Aβ组小鼠学习记忆功能及LTP明显抑制,Aβ加开心散组小鼠学习记忆功能及LTP明显改善。结论:开心散可改善Aβ1-42诱导的LTP抑制,从而改善动物记忆能力。Objective :To observe the inhibitory action of Aβ1-42 on the learning and memory and to explore the mechanism of Kaixin San(KXS) rescuing the Aβ - induced dysfunction of memory formation and function and on the hippocampal LTP of mice improved by Kaixin San. Method:The mice were randomly divided into three groups. Aβ1-42 was injected into the lateral ventricle Of the mice in experimental group and KXS group, and the same amount of normal saline was administered the same way into the mice in the control group. Before the ex- periment KXS was intragastric administered into KXS group for three days. The learning and memory function of the mice was evaluated by step down test, and their synaptic LTP in hippocampus was recorded in vivo. Re- sults:Aβ1-42 inhibited the memory and learning function of the mice in A~ group,in the meantime,it significant- ly inhibited LTP,but the results in KXS group were improved significantly. Conclusion :Aβ1-42 inhibiting the pro- duction of LTP could be improved by KXS, and therefore,it can lead to the improvement of memory in mice.
