摘  要:将新型增塑剂环氧大豆油(ESO)与聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行熔融共混,制得PBS/ESO共混物,研究了ESO含量对PBS力学、流变学性能以及相形态的影响.结果表明:ESO可显著提高PBS的韧性;随ESO含量增加,共混物的断裂伸长率、冲击强度先增大后减小,在ESO含量为5.0%时达到最大值,分别为PBS的15.0倍和1.4倍,共混物的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度、弯曲模量则随之减小;ESO能明显降低PBS熔体的黏度,使其在更低的角频率下呈现出剪切变稀的流变行为;ESO与PBS是部分相容的,较高ESO含量的共混物会发生明显的相分离现象.In the investigation,the melt blending of polybutylene succinate (PBS) and a novel plasticizer epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) was carried out by using an internal mixer,and a series of PBS/ESO blends were thus prepared.Moreover,the effects of the ESO content on the mechanical and rheological properties of PBS/ESO blends as well as on their morphologies were discussed.The results show that (1) the introduction of the ESO significantly improves the tensile and impact toughness of the PBS; (2) with the increase of the ESO content,the elongation-at-break and the impact strength of the PBS/ESO blends first increase and then decrease,and at the ESO content of 5%,they both reach the maximums which are respectively 15.0 and 1.4 times those of PBS; (3) the tensile strength,tensile modulus,flexural strength,and flexural modulus of the PBS/ESO blends decrease with the increase of the ESO content ; (4) the addition of ESO significantly decrease the complex viscosity of the molten PBS,thus resulting in an earlier shear-thinning transition of PBS ; and (5) the PBS/ESO blend with a higher ESO content exhibits a distinct phase separation,which indicates that the ESO/PBS blend is a partially miscible system.
