摘　　要：本文针对北京文化创意产业集群的发展现状,从复杂系统的角度出发,选取影响北京文化创意产业集群规模的主要外部因素(经济、社会、文化、政策)和内部因素(资金壁垒、专业技术壁垒、风险偏好、在群数量)为主要参量,建立CA扩展模型,对北京文化创意产业集群演化过程进行仿真实验,并引入影响权重函数,定性与定量相结合的找出了关键影响因素及各因素影响程度,并据此提出了相关政策建议。This paper is according to the current situation of the development of Beijing cultural creative industry cluster. From the perspective of complex systems, we select main external factors affecting Beijing cultural creative industry cluster scale （economic, social, cultural, and policies ） and main internal factors（capital barriers, professional tech- nology barriers, risk preference, the number of compa- nies in the cluster） as the simulation parameters to establish CA extension model. We use the CA model to simulate the Beijing cultural creative industry cluster evolution process, and we combine the influence weight function to find out the key factors and the influence degree. Finally ,we put forward some relevant policy suggestions.
