摘　　要：从高校图书馆"是为教学和科学研究服务的学术性机构"而引申出图书馆需要人才的结论,揭示了图书馆人才现状及存在问题,讨论了图书馆需要的人才类别、培养方向及建设措施。From the view point that university library is an academic institution serving the teaching and scientific research,this paper draws a conclusion that university library needs professional talents, reveals the status quo of professional staffs of the library and some existing problems in this aspect, and discusses the types, cultivation directions and construction measures of professional talents needed by the library.
