摘　　要：介绍了哈尔滨市图书馆在精神文明建设方面取得的成果与经验,指出加强精神文明建设是实现科学发展与可持续发展的保证,也是图书馆事业兴旺发达的基石。This paper introduces the achievements and experiences obtained by Harbin Library in the construction of spiritual civilization, and points out that strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization is a guarantee for realizing the scientific development and sustainable development, and also is a cornerstone for library cause＇ s flourishing and growing.
