摘　　要：对山西省近年来被《科学引文索引》(SCI)、《工程索引》(EI)以及《会议录引文索引》(CPCI-S,原ISTP)等检索工具收录的科技论文数量、论文学科、论文机构、论文地域和《科学引文索引》(SCI)收录论文区间、影响因子进行了统计分析,揭示了山西省科技论文产出情况和整体发展趋势,客观地反映了山西省科技发展状况,为政府部门、高等院校、科研院所和企业的科学决策提供可靠的参考数据。With the development of digital library, the total amount of information resources form a larger scale, on this basis, the traditional library＇s information service needs to transform into knowledge service. In view of this, this paper discusses the concept and features of digital library＇s knowledge service, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for realizing digital library＇ s knowledge service.
