乙烯装置检修期环境因素评价初探

摘　　要：2012年5月吉林石化公司对已连续运行4年的大乙烯装置进行了停车检修。针对检修期间环保工作的复杂性,车间着重开展了环境因素辨识工作,使用判定准则法与矩阵法相结合的办法对环境因素进行了评价,确定了装置停车、设备检修、装置开车三个阶段的重要环境因素,并分别制定了相应的控制措施,基本达到了杜绝出现环境污染事件的目的,实现了装置绿色、环保检修。In May 2012,Jilin Petrochemical Co. shut down its ethylene plant,which had been operated for 4 years,for maintenance. In view of the complexity of environmental protection during the maintenance,the workshop focused on the identification of environmental factors,assessed the environmental factors using the combined method of criterion method and matrix method,determined the important environmental factors for unit shutdown stage,equipment maintenance stage and unit start-up stage,and developed corresponding control measures,basically achieving the objectives of avoiding environmental pollution accidents and realizing environmental-friendly maintenance of the unit.
