摘  要:裂解气经碱洗塔碱洗过程中会生成黄油,实际生产中如果黄油问题未得到有效控制,极易堵塞碱洗塔盘,造成塔压差增大,管道堵塞,严重时将影响装置长周期运行。针对生产中碱洗塔及废碱氧化过程中出现的各种黄油异常问题进行了分析,提出了解决的思路和办法。通过工艺调解、设备改造及应用有效助剂使黄油生成得到有效控制,以达到延长碱洗塔运行周期及环保排放的目的。Grease is produced during the caustic wash of cracking gas. If effective control of grease cannot be realized in actual production,the trays in caustic wash tower will be easily blocked,the pressure difference will be raised,the pipes will be plugged,and the long-term operation of unit will be influenced. This article analyzes the problems related to grease during caustic wash and waste caustic oxidation,and suggests some solutions. By adjusting process parameters,improving equipment and using effective agents,the grease production can be effectively controlled,so as to prolong the operation cycle of caustic wash tower and protect the environment.
