摘　　要：裂解炉收率标定是获得裂解炉产物收率数据的有效手段。裂解炉收率标定,可得到与工艺条件对应的裂解炉或者某组炉管的裂解产品收率分布,为裂解炉精细控制、优化操作提供数据指导。对裂解炉收率标定的实施进行了介绍,讨论了收率标定在裂解炉优化中发挥的作用,并对其应用进行举例分析。Sample test can be used to obtain the product yield of cracking furnace. Through sample test,the product yield distribution of a specific furnace or a group of coils can be obtained. It's helpful to improve the accuracy of control and to optimize the furnace operation. This article introduces how to carry out sample test,discusses its role in the operation optimization of cracking furnace,and gives some examples of its application.
