摘　　要：科技创新是国家创新体系的核心组成部分,高校作为科技创新的重要组成部分应该在协同创新中发挥更大作用。在高等学校创新能力提升计划实施过程中,应正确认识和处理好协同与创新、主动协同与被动协同、协同收益与协同成本、科研产出与人才培养、顶层设计与操作实施、内部协同与外部协同、国内协同与国际协同、既有创新中心与新建协同创新中心、牵头院校和其他协同主体等的关系。As an important subject of science and technology innovation, universities should play a more significant role in collaborative innovatioru In the implementation of their innovation promotion program, universities should have a clear understanding of some important relationships, such as the relationship between collaboration and innovation, initiative collaboration and passive participation, benefits and costs in collaboration and others.
