“印-太战略弧”语境下澳大利亚安全空间的战略重构

摘　　要：澳大利亚在安全领域提出"印-太战略弧",透露出该国未来安全空间拓展的战略指向。澳大利亚在参与"印-太战略弧"地区的国际博弈中面临着在中美之间、既有强国与新兴大家之间、太平洋次区域组织与泛太平洋组织之间的"选边困境",其战略空间也受到来自这三方面的共同挤压。澳大利亚未来安全空间的战略性拓展总体表现出三向性特征。澳大利亚探寻体系转型中的战略增长点的实践,既为"印-太战略弧"地区的国家安全合作提供了新的空间,同时也为中国把握太平洋安全形势的发展方向提供了有益启示。“Indo-Pacific Strategy Arc” in Australia Defense White Paper 2013 revealed the future orientation of the security space expansion of this country. When Australia joins the game surround the “Indo-Pacific Strategic Are”, it will face a dilemma in choosing between China and America, developed powers and emerging powers, sub-regional organization and trans-pacific organization. The expansion of Australian security strategic space will follow three directions. Australia’s future security and strategic expansion of the overall space exhibit three oriental characteristics. During the process of international system transformation, Australia＇ s strategic practice provides new cooperation space for countries in the “Indo-Pacific strategy arc”, and offers some enlightenment for China in its mapping of maritime strategy.
