摘　　要：目的初步编制适用于持续非卧床腹膜透析患者换液操作管理量表并进行信效度检验。方法通过查阅文献结合访谈患者,构建条目池;经两轮Delphi专家咨询和预试验,形成初始量表;对苏州市3所三级医院的136例持续非卧床腹膜透析患者施测,检验量表的信效度。结果持续非卧床腹膜透析患者换液操作管理量表包含常规换液操作和异常情况的处理2个公因子,共10个条目。内容效度为0.921,累积解释变异量为68.13%,Cronbach'sα系数为0.847,折半系数为0.903,重测信度系数为0.847。结论编制的量表具有良好的信效度,用于考核持续非卧床腹膜透析患者换液操作的水平,判断其是否具有基本的居家自我护理能力。Objective To develop and evaluate the validity and reliability of liquid replacement operation management scale for patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis（CAPD）. Methods The item pool was formulated based on literature review and in - depth interviews with CAPD patients. An ini- tial scale was constructed through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and preliminary test. Totally, 136 CAPD patients from 3 A - level hospitals in Suzhou were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The scale included 2 dimensions, regulate liquid replacement and response to unusual circumstances, and 10 items, which could explain 68.13 % of the total variance. The content validity index was 0. 921, the Cronbach a coefficient and split - half coefficient was 0. 847 and 0. 903 respectively, and the test - retest reliability coefficient was 0. 847. Conclusion The scale is proved to be a reliable and valid tool for assessing the liquid operating level of CAPD patients and to determine their ability of self - care.
