摘 要:目的探讨延续性自我管理教育在晚期癌痛患者健康教育中的作用。方法选取83例住院治疗的晚期癌痛患者,单日入院的患者(34例)设为对照组,双日入院的患者(49例)设为干预组。对照组由责任护士进行常规健康教育,干预组除实施常规健康教育外,由自我管理教育小组成员严格按照规范化健康教育流程对患者实施综合的自我管理教育。出院时对照组给予常规出院指导,干预组实施延续性自我管理教育,比较两组患者3个月后服药依从性、自我效能感及生命质量。结果延续性自我管理教育后,干预组患者服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛管理自我效能感、躯体功能自我效能感、症状应对自我效能感的得分高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);生命质量各领域得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论延续性自我管理教育能提高患者服药依从性,增强自我效能感,显著提高生命质量。Objective To explore the effects of continued self - management education in the health education for patients with advanced cancer. Methods Eighty - three patients with advanced cancer were divided into the experimental group which double - day admission ( n = 49) and the control group which single - day admission ( n = 34 ). The control group was received conventional health education, and the experimental group was received self - management education based on standard health education process by self- management group members. When discharging ,the control group received conventional discharge guidance, and the experimental group received continued self - management education. After 3 months, the medication compliance, self - efficacy and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results In experimental group, after the continued self - management education, the medication compliance of patients was better, the scores of pain management self - efficacy, physical function self - efficacy, symptoms coping self - efficacy and quality of life were higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The continued self - management education can improve patients medication compliance, enhance self - efficacy and improve the quality of life.
