摘 要:目的研究三七总苷对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏TGF-β1/Smads和CTGF表达的影响。方法大鼠灌服白酒-玉米油-吡唑混合液14周,建立酒精性肝损伤模型。成模大鼠随机分成模型组、三七总苷组(高、低剂量组)、水飞蓟素组,同时另设正常对照组,均治疗4周后,测定肝功能、大鼠肝组织TGF-β1、Smad3、Smad7、CTGF mRNA的表达量。结果与模型组比较,三七总苷组能明显降低血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)以及总胆红素(TB)水平,减少肝组织TGF-β1、Smad3、Smad7、CTGF mRNA的表达量;不同剂量组之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量三七总苷组与水飞蓟素组之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三七总苷与对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏TGF-β1/Smads、CTGF表达有抑制作用。Objective To observe the effect ofpanax notoginsenosides (PNS) on the expression of TGF-β/Smads and CTGF mRAN in alcohol-induced liver injury in rats. Methods Rats fed with liquor-corn oil-pyrazole mixture for 14 weeks were used to build models of alcohalic liver disease. The rats were randomly divided into a model group, PNS groups (high and low dose group), a silymarin group and a normal control group. Liver function and expression of TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 and CTGF in the liver tissue were determined after 4 weeks treatment. Results Compared with the model group, liver ALT and AST were reduced in the treatment group, and TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7, and CTGF mRNA expression was reduced in the liver tissue. There were significant differences in PNS different dose groups (P 〈 0.05), but no significant difference between the high dose PNS group and the silymarin group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Radix notoginseng can affect TGF-β1/ Smads signaling pathway and reduce the expression of CTGF mRNA.
