基于整体误差校正的石英计时器计时精度提高方法研究

摘　　要：文中采用整体误差校正方法,对石英计时器进行成品电路的计时误差测量,并将该修正值写入芯片内存中,大大降低了石英计时器具的累积误差,提高了计时精度,并大大减少了繁琐的人工操作及由此产生的人工误差,同时有效降低成本。This paper adopts the integral error correction method for quartz timer circuit timing error measurements of finished products, and to write the revised into the memory chip, greatly reduces the quartz timer appliance cumulative error, the timing precision is improved, and greatly reduce the cumbersome manual operation and the resulting artificial error, at the same time effectively reduce the cost.
