某医院2011年床位工作效率分析

摘　　要：目的分析2011年某医院床位效率,为医院管理决策提供科学依据。方法采用病床效率指数模型,根据医院2011年工作报表资料进行分析。结果医院2011年的3、4、5、6、7、8、10、11、12月份床位工作效率处于高效率运行状态,1、2、9月份处于低效率运行状态;18个科室的床位工作效率,有8个科室为高效率运行状态,10个科室为低效率运行状态。结论应根据医院实际情况,适当调整科室床位,优化资源配置,提升医院社会效益和经济效益。Objectives This study is to provide evidence to improve the utility efficiency of hospital beds . Methods Data were got from medical reports in 2011 , and efficiency index model was used .Results The utility efficiency of hospital beds was high in 9 months except for January , February , September in 2011 .Among 18 clini-cal departments , the beds utility efficiencies of 8 departments were high and others were low .Conclusion The bed should be adjusted according to the results , thus to optimize the allocation of resources to enhance the social and economic benefits of the hospital .
