健康体检风险管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解健康体检中的医疗风险因素,探讨管理办法。方法问卷调查2007年2月—2008年2月本院健康体检管理中心(体检中心)风险管理前8 640人次和2009年2月—2010年2月风险管理后8 640人次对服务满意度的比较,并统计风险管理前后医护不良事件、医护投诉的发生率。结果实施风险管理后对医护人员服务的满意度从管理前90.13%升至管理后的97.88%,有显著性差异,P<0.05;风险管理后的医护不良事件,从管理前的0.36%降至管理后的0.04%,医护投诉从管理前的0.57%降至管理后的0.13%,有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论健康体检中心实施医疗风险管理,对预防医护安全隐患,提高体检质量,减少纠纷起到积极作用。Objective To study the risk factors in health examination and find out countermeasures . Methods 8640 cases having health examination were investigated from Feb .2007 to Feb.2008 when the risk management has not been carried out , and another 8640 patient were investigated from Feb .2009 to Feb.2010 , in which time the risk management has been carried out .The incidence of harmful affairs , the complain about medical treatment were analyzed .Results After the implementing of risk management , the service satisfaction degree in-creased from 90.13%to 97.88%（P〈0.05）;The incidence of harmful affair decreased form 0.36%to 0.004%, and the complain of medical treatment decreased from 0.57% to 0.13%, the differences were significant （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementing risk management will be benefit to ensure the safety of patients and im-prove the service quality .
