摘　　要：医疗风险管理的最终目的是减少医疗风险。急诊科是医院抢救急、危、重患者的前沿阵地,也是医疗风险存在的高危场所。制定实施急症临床路径规范救治、加强高风险环节管理、提高医务人员急救技能能有效防范急症医疗风险发生。医务人员还应合法合理保留证据,承担医疗风险发生时的举证责任,公正维护医患双方利益。The ultimate goal of medical risk management is to ensure patient safety .The emergency depart-ment is the forefront of rescue acute and severe cases and a high -risk area of the medical service .It can effectively prevent the medical risks with guidelines and norms of clinical pathway , strengthen the management of high -risk areas, and improve the medical staff first aid skills .The medical staff should preserve evidence lawfully , bear the responsibility of proof in medical risk occurs , thus to safeguard the interests of both doctors and patients .
