摘　　要：目的分析影响医院医疗收入因素及其影响程度,为医院管理决策提供参考依据。方法运用多元函数全增量因素分析法。结果影响门诊医疗收入增加的根本原因是门诊人次增加及出院者人均日费用增加所致。结论应强化医院经济管理,提高医疗技术水平,优化医疗消费结构,使医院朝着优质、低耗、高效的方向发展。Objective To analyze the factors influencing medical income of a hospital and the influence degree in order to provide reference for the decision -making of hospital management .Methods Multivariate complete incremental factorial analysis was used .Rseu lts The primary reasons for the increase of medical income were the number of outpatients and the expense per patient per day of the dischurge .Conclusion The hospital should further strengthen economical management to improve the level of medical technology ,and optimize medical consumption structure ,make the hospital towards the development of high -quality,high-efficiency and low-cost direction .
