摘　　要：基于"军字一号"工程环境,研发使用医疗合作项目管理软件,一定程度上解决了合作项目操作不明、数据不清、管理不力等问题,用技术手段强化合作项目制度落实,保障合作项目公开、公平、公正地可持续健康发展。Based on the “No.1 Military Project” environment, a management software of medical cooper-ation projects was developed , to solve the problems of cooperation project management in a certain extent as opera-tion opaque , data unclear , poor management and other issues .With the help of technical means , the cooperation project management system was implemented to ensure the cooperation project open , fair, equitable and sustainable development .
