摘　　要：特勤人员心理素质的高低决定未来战争的成败。心理训练可以有效改善参训人员的心理健康水平,提升心理素质。本文通过查阅大量文献,总结出针对特勤人员的心理训练内容和四种心理训练方法,并进行简要概述,对创建科学、有效的心理训练模式提供理论参考。The psychological quality of the special service staff will determine the end of the future war . Psychological training can improve the psychological health level of staff effectively .With literature review , the contents of psychological training were introduced for the special service staff and four psychological training meth -ods were also discussed , which will provide theoretical references for establishing scientific and effective psychologi -cal training mode .
