117例输卵管吻合术后妊娠效果及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的观察直视下输卵管吻合术对复孕的临床效果,探讨影响输卵管吻合术后妊娠的相关因素。方法回顾总结2007-2011年在本院行输卵管吻合术117例妇女的临床资料,随访研究受术者的年龄、绝育年限、术后输卵管的长度及吻合部位并进行分析。结果①36岁以下的受术者吻合术后复孕率较其它组高(P<0.01),提示受术者的年龄越大,其吻合术后的复孕率就越低;②6年以内结扎的受术者吻合术后,其复孕率较其它组高(P<0.01),提示绝育年限越长,复孕率越低;③吻合术后的输卵管保留长度<7cm者与其它组比较,妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);④采取输卵管峡—峡部吻合者妊娠率高于壶一壶部吻合者(P<0.01)。结论输卵管吻合术后妊娠率与受术者年龄、绝育年限和吻合部位相关,尽早行输卵管吻合复通可明显提高妊娠率。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of fallopian tube anastomosis under view on the superfetation of women, also, the relative factors of pregnancy rate after anastomosis of tube are investieated. Methods： 117 women in our hospital who underwent an- astomosis of tube from 2007 to 2011 were reviewed and the clinical data of follow - up study women of the age, sterilization years, tubal length after anastomosis of tube, and type of anastomosis were summarized. Results ： ①The superfetation rate of women under the age of 36 is higher than other groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）, which indicated that elder of the age, lower of the superfetation rate. ②The women whose sterilization years were less than six years had higher superfetation rate than other groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）, which indicated that the sterilization years is longer, the superfetation rate is lower. ③There was no statistical significant difference among all the groups when the residue tubal length after anastomosis of tube （P 〉 0.01 ）. ④The pregnancy rate of women adopting isthmic to isthmic anastomosis of tube was statistically significantly higher than the group adopting ampullary to ampuUary anastomosis of tube （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclu- sion ： The superfetation rate after anastomosis of tube is closely related to the age, sterilization years of patients and type of anastomo- sis, women who underwent anastomosis of tube as soon as possible can obviously improve the pregnancy rate.
