摘　　要：杨兆钢教授擅用芒针,临床选用气海穴芒针深刺治疗顽疾。认为气海穴芒针深刺对胃下垂、前列腺炎以及溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。其芒针治疗选穴精而少,且强调气至病所。Pro. YANG, a famous doctor of TCM in Tianjin, is especially good at elongated needle. He often chooses the Qihai acupionts in the treatment. Pro. YANG considers using the elongated needle at Qihai acupoint is a good choice in the gastroptosis, prostatitis and the ulcerative colitis. For the treatment, he chooses the ex- tractive and less acupionts, and emphasizes the Qi extending affected parts.
