摘  要:中海油(深圳)大厦由两栋45层、总高度199.6m的双塔和一栋4层裙房组成,塔楼结构体系均为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,裙房为框架-剪力墙-大跨钢结构。经过对塔楼平面布置进行分析,认为控制核心筒高宽比在规范限值之内是确保结构体系经济合理的重要前提之一。钢管混凝土组合柱梁柱节点的有限元分析表明,竖向和环向加劲肋的设置对钢管侧壁开洞引起的削弱能起到有效的补强作用。针对不同角度的梁柱定位关系,相应的梁柱节点制定多项措施,以满足纵筋锚固长度问题。考虑裙房存在双向大跨度的限制条件,提出"四角筒+双向钢桁架"的结构方案,取得建筑功能和经济合理的平衡。经过对多项关键技术问题研究分析,均给出可行的解决方案,使得工程能够顺利开展。CNOOC building in Shenzhen consists of twin towers with 45 floors in the height of 199.6m and a podium with 4 floors. The structural system of twin towers is frame-corewall structure, and podium is frame-shearwall structure with large- span steel truss. Planar layouts analysis was conducted to come to the conclusion that the height-width ratio of corewall was considered as an essential precondition for balancing the economics and rationality of the structural system. According to the finite element analysis results of beam-column joints of concrete filled steel tubular column, reasonable arrangements of both the transverse and ring stiffening ribs can strengthen the weak parts of steel tubes due to lateral openings. In view of different beam-column relations, a number of related measures were established about beam-column joints in order to fulfill the requirements of anchorage length of longitudinal steel. The structural scheme of "four corner tubes and bi-direetional steel truss" was proposed to balance the architectural functions and economy to solve the problem that the podiums was limited by two-ways and large-span structural arrangements. In sum, most of critical problems were studied and solved to ensure a smooth construction.
