摘 要:上海中心大厦外幕墙系统采用了分区悬挂在超高层建筑上的柔性悬挂式幕墙支撑体系,由于该体系幕墙远离主体结构、分区悬挂重量大、悬挂高度高、竖向支承刚度柔等原因导致其荷载效应、与主体结构的相对变形及协同工作性能复杂,幕墙支撑系统的设计需能保证幕墙玻璃板块及支撑结构自身的安全,这给幕墙支撑结构的分析设计提出了非常大的挑战。针对幕墙支撑结构分析设计中的幕墙支撑结构抗扭转设计、温度敏感性分析、设备层变刚度调平、加强设计、底环梁竖向伸缩节点优化、吊杆防松弛设计、径向支撑竖向位移敏感性分析等若干关键问题进行了系统的分析和研究。相关分析和设计方法可为类似工程提供有益的借鉴。A flexible suspend curtain wall support structure (CWSS) was developed to suit exterior curtain wall system of Shanghai Tower. Its characteristics of away from main structure, heavy weight, high suspension height, weak support stiffness lead to complicated interaction with main structure and load effect. The design of CWSS should ensure safety of glass and CWSS, which is a very big challenge for the analysis and design of CWSS. Some key issues about design of CWSS such as anti-twist design of CWSS, temperature sensitivity analysis, adjustment stiffness & reinforcement of MEP floor, optimization of vertical expansion connection of bottom ring beam, anti-relaxation design of rods and vertical displacement sensitivity analysis of radial strut, were analyzed and researched. Analysis and design method used in this project could be useful reference for similar project.
