摘  要:日照兴业喜来登广场超限高层双塔结构有地下2层,两栋塔楼地上均为46层,结构高度为181.70m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。考虑建筑功能,经计算对比分析,裙房和两塔楼之间不设缝。采用SATWE和MIDAS Building软件进行了小震弹性计算,并比较了安评报告与抗震规范中不同的动力参数取值所对应的不同结果。结果表明:结构的周期比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。采用3条地震波对结构进行弹性动力时程分析,并对结构进行静力弹塑性分析,计算所得结构抗倒塌曲线的层间需求位移角满足规范限值要求。The out-of-code super-tall twin-tower building on Xingye Sheraton Square in Rizhao comprises two levels of basement and 46 stories above ground with height of 181.70m. The structure adopts frame-corewall system withou seismic joints between two towers and the podium according to the architectural requirements. SATWE and MIDAS Building were used to carry out elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and different results were compared of differenl dynamic paramelers in the safety evaluation report and the codes. Results show that the period ratio and inter-story drift ratios can satisfy the requirements of the codes. The elastic dynamic time-history analysis was carried out using three seismic waves. Static elastic-plastic analysis was carried out to obtain the qualified structural collapse-resistance curve of displacemenl angle that can meet requirements of the codes.
