摘  要:在4100QBZL柴油机上进行了燃用0号柴油、含10%和30%F-T柴油的混合燃料及100%F-T柴油的燃烧特性试验。对比分析了同一工况下的燃烧压力、压力升高率、压力升高加速度、燃烧压力振荡和缸内压力频谱的变化参数。结果表明:混合燃料中F-T柴油比例增加,燃烧压力峰值变小,峰值所对应的曲轴转角提前,燃烧持续期变长;燃烧压力升高率峰值降低,峰值所对应的相位提前;燃烧压力振荡幅值减小,振荡幅值对应的相位提前;从缸内压力频谱图来看,随着混合燃料中F-T柴油比例增加,燃烧压力振荡逐渐趋于低频段,振荡声压级幅值降低,燃烧更加柔和。The combustion experiments of No. 0 diesel fuel, blended fuel with 10% and 30% Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) diesel and 100% F-T diesel were carried out on 4100QBZL diesel engine and the parameters of combustion pressure, pressure rise rate, pressure rise acceleration, combustion pressure oscillation and in-cylinder pressure spectrogram were compared under the same conditions. The results show that the peak of combustion pressure decreases gradually, the corresponding phase with peak advances and the combustion duration lengthens with the increase of F-T diesel fraction. The peak of combustion pressure rise rate decreases and the corresponding phase advances. The amplitude of pressure oscillation decreases and the corresponding phase advances. From the view of pressure spectrogram, the pressure oscillations tend to occur in low-frequency band, the sound pressure level decreases and the process of combustion become softer with the increase of F-T diesel fraction.
