摘　　要：针对安全产品的的测试,提出了一种基于安全产品的硬件故障注入测试,包括硬件故障注入的测试方法和测试流程,并结合具体应用实例来详细描述硬件故障注入测试用例设计与执行,结果表明该方法能实现对FMEDA结果的正确性和不确定性进行验证,从而对产品的SFF进行纠正。In view of the safety product testing,this paper propses a testing which is based on the safety products hardware fault insert testing.The testing includes the hardware fault insert testing methods and testing process.The testing combines with a practical example to describe in detail the hardware fault insert testing case design and execution.The results show that the method can achieve the FMEDA results of correctness and uncertainty verification so that correct the product SFF.
