儿童疾病全面病种质量管理的探讨

摘　　要：武汉市儿童医院在实行病种质量管理中,着眼于同一类疾病在诊断、治疗及康复过程中所表现的共性,试行以病种质量管理单元监控与病种分类相结合确定病种质量标准,在病种质量评价中融医疗技术、管理方法及经济核算为一体的全面病种质量管理模式。目前已建立了以31个儿科常见病、多发病为主体,86个专科疑难病种、7个危急病种及其它专科病种为拓展的全面病种质量管理标准体系,其覆盖面占全院住院病人数的90％以上。Multi - dimensional quantitative and qualitative assessment methods of medical techniques, services management, and economic accounting, were used for objectives: design, research, and formulate quality management standards for each of 31 common paediatric diseasee, of 86 diseases difficult to identify and treat, and of 7 serious diseases; monitor trends in clinical outcomes, cost and utilization in risk adjusted patient groups, permitting accurate evaluation of the cost - effectiveness of care and effectiveness of various new procedures; measure processes and performance compared to the industry' s best so as to know how and where to make improvements; meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
