摘 要:研究了氯(NaClO)和二氧化氯(ClO2)单独使用及联用对AOB的灭活效果,采用Berenbaum公式分析了NaClO和ClO2联用对AOB的灭活作用性质影响,考察了消毒剂衰减及副产物三卤甲烷和亚氯酸盐的生成情况.结果表明:在开始的15min内,AOB的灭活率与Ct值存在良好的相关性,灭活AOB4.98lg所需NaCl0的C£值为10~15mg·min/L,c102的c£值为2~4mg·min/L,与NaCl0相比,ClO2灭活AOB具有药剂投量少、灭活快速的优点.与单独消毒相比,NaCO和ClO2联用对AOB具有协同灭活作用,能明显提高AOB的灭活效果,且能有效延缓消毒剂的衰减,降低消毒副产物生成量,NaClO和ClO2联用技术可作为输配水管道硝化作用调控的有效方法.AOB inactivation effect were studied by individual and combined disinfection of chlorine (NaClO) and chlorine dioxide (ClO2). The mathematical method of Berenbaum was applied to analyze the properties of AOB inactivation by combined disinfection of NaClO and ClO2. Disinfectant reduc- tion, production of disinfection by-products (DBPs) and chlorite production were investigated. Re- sults show that there exists a good correlation between AOB inactivation rate and Ct value within 15 minutes of disinfection. When Ct value of NaClO and ClO2 reached up to 10415 mg ·min/L and 2-- 4 mg· min/L respectively, the AOB inactivation rate could reach to 4.98 logarithmic. AOB inactiva- tion by C102 shows the advantage with low dosage and rapid action compared with that by NaClO. The combined disinfection of NaClO and ClO2 show the synergistic inactivation. The inactivation effect to AOB is highly improved with slow disinfectant reduction and low DBPs production. The com- bined disinfection technique of NaClO and ClO2 can be regarded as an effective method to control the nitrification in the water transportation and distribution pipes.
