摘 要:对固溶态的铸造2507双相不锈钢材料在750℃下分别时效2、6及10 h,利用OM、SEM、拉伸试验和电化学试验分析了时效时间对材料金属间相形貌及数量、力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响.试验结果表明:固溶后的材料经750℃时效处理,随时效时间延长,金属间相的数量逐渐增多,χ相先由颗粒状逐渐长大为块状,然后又细化;σ相则随时效时间的延长逐渐粗化.析出的金属间相越多,材料抗拉强度、塑性及耐蚀性越低.点蚀优先在铁素体内及铁素体/奥氏体晶界上萌生,并向铁素体扩展,并且时效后材料腐蚀电流密度与时效时间呈现J腐蚀r=0.691 25 t+1.432的线性关系.The effects of aging treatments at 750 ℃for 2, 6 and 10 h respectively on microstructure, mechanical property and corrosion resistance of solution - treated cast 2507 duplex stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), tensile test and electrochemical test. The result indicted that: with the aging time extending, the number of interme- tallic phases gradually increased at 750 ℃ aging. X phase first was granular, and gradually grow mas- sive, then refinement; σ phase becomes coarser with aging time extension. The more precipitated in- termetallic phases, the tensile strength, ductility and corrosion resistances were worse. The pitting ini- tiated priority in ferrite and ferrite / austenite grain boundaries, then extended to ferrite. The corrosion current density and the aging time oresents the linearrelationship of Jcorr=0.691 25 t + 1. 432.
