摘　　要：目的 探讨胰岛素泵在溃疡型糖尿病足感染中的应用.方法 选择2009年～2013年溃疡型糖尿病足感染患者30例,根据不同胰岛素给药方法分两组进行胰岛素强化治疗：胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗（CSII） 15例;多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗（MSII） 15例.观察患者血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、平均住院日及溃疡愈合情况.结果 CSII组与MSII组患者比较,其血糖达标时间短、低血糖发生率低、平均住院日少及溃疡愈合好.结论 胰岛素泵治疗是溃疡型糖尿病足感染中控制血糖的最佳方法,其快速降低血糖、减少低血糖发生,缩短住院天数,溃疡愈合快,疗效确切.Objective To explore the application of insulin pumps to patients suffering from dia- betes complicated diabetic loots. Methods Choose 30 perioperative therapeutic cases which were suffer- ing from diabetes complicated diabetic loots from 2009 to 2013 ,and divide to two groups according to the different insulin for the medieine method to carry on the insulin strengthening treatment, 15 eases received eontinne-subentaneous insulin infusion （CSII）, 15 eases received mnltisubentaneous znsulin injection （MSII）. Compared with each group situation, such as the average recovering time of blood glucose, inci- dence of hypoglycemia, the average days of hospitalization and ulcer healing situation in patients with dia- betic foot ulcer. Results The CSII group compares the MSII group,the therapeutic time was shorter,the incidence of hypoglycemia event was lower, the average days of hospitalization were shorter, ulcer healing situation was better. Conclusion The treatment of insulin pumps is the best method to cure the patients suffering from diabetes complicated diabetic foots. It has significant effects on rapidly reducing the level of blood glucose and the episodes of hypoglycemia, shortening the days of hospitalization and promoting ulcer healing.
